Office Hours and Appointments
Office hours in Mobile are 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
During these hours our business office and nursing staff will be available to answer your calls. Medical questions should be directed to our nursing staff and appointment calls or questions should be directed to our business office personnel.
Office visits are by appointment except for emergencies. If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please call ahead of time and let us know. Our receptionist will be happy to help you reschedule your visit.
One of our physicians is on call 24 hours a day.
Billing/Insurance

Our patient billing and insurance team will gladly discuss any questions you might have concerning physician billing. Our office participates in most types of insurance programs. We will be happy to assist you in the completion and filing of your insurance claims. Deductibles, co-insurance, and non-covered charges are requested at the time of service. Please inform our office if you experience a change of name, address, insurance or employment.
